Well now I can understand WHY at the end of Magical Mystery Tour the "Love the 3 Beatles" ONLY AFTER visiting Viv on work were all together again for "Your Mother Should Know" song.
AHHHHHH Now ALL is CLEAR!!!

I don't quite follow what this all means. Has Viv always been Billy? Was there never a real Viv?

I don't quite follow what this all means. Has Viv always been Billy? Was there never a real Viv? This is the point. Did Bill replaced a "previous" Vivian (a la Maritza Sannia -Miss WinterS-) or he was just Vivian? Odd things in Vivian's chronology: This picture is dated early Sixties. Officially Vivian born in 1943 a year AFTER James Paul McCartney. Possible? I think: NO!

In what way are his eyes (or anything else for that matter) different?

In what way are his eyes (or anything else for that matter) different? The second man's nose is wider and his nostrils flare differently. Watch the eyebrows moving too in your fade...up and down...up and down... But the eyes are the windows of the soul... And the windowshade (eyelids) is a dead giveaway. The same eyes (and the same surgically reconstructed eyelids)

And: 1: In the glasses pic, his face is leaning back more, so the bottom half of the face is going to look slightly closer (because it is). 2: He's smiling in the glasses pic, so his nostrils are going to be higher. 3: My mistake, I forgot that people can't move their eyebrows. 4: The eyes look the same too me.

Just pointing on the jawbone limits with the mouse arrow... Even I must disagree here. Due to the angles being off, the jaw's going to move. I'll look for more pictures that will support the Viv is Faul cause, but that fade seems accurate enough... for now.

Vivian Stanshall.
It's hard to believe but Vivian is to be heard on one of the most popular albums of all time - Tubular Bells. Yes, it's him introducing the instruments leading up to the actual banging of those chrome tube like things.
To many, Stanshall was the ultimate English eccentric. His career started in 1966 with the much loved Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band who limped through several gifted but uncommercial releases before teaming up with Paul McCartney (using the psuedonym, Apollo C. Vermouth) as producer and hitting the charts with "I'm The Urban Spaceman". The group's mixture of rock parodies and satire ensured them a warm place in the hearts and minds of the college rock circuit.
Commercial success may have eluded Stanshall after the break up of the Bonzos in the early '70s but the scale of his vision can be seen to the full on "Sir Henry At Rawlinson End" a stunning parody of the English upper class which was turned into a film with Trevor Howard in the title role.
The eccentricity much loved by fans was a symptom of a much deeper mental instability which had taken its toll over the years. However, he seemed once again to be well and charting life as he saw it. Although his output had been erratic over the years to say the least, he had completed a new body of work which had been aired on BBC-2's "The Late Show" prior to his death.
Taken from: www.rockmine.music.co.uk/Reaper.htmlIs that the "official" Viv's chronology? If yes I could have a BIG laugh because....

Isn't this kind of silly? How many people are Faul? George Martin, Vivian Stanshall, Billy Shephard/Shears, William Campbell, the guy on the bus, whoever that guy is from the Pepperpots or whatever, etc. How many different people can it be?
Also, that fade is fine. It doesn't have to be a perfect match to be the same guy. There is no difference there.

He really has a great talent for imitating so many different people.
