Wake up Maggie I think I got something to say to you It's late September and I really should be back at school I know I keep you amused but I feel I'm being used Oh Maggie I couldn't have tried any more You lured me away from home just to save you from being alone You stole my heart and that's what really hurt The morning sun when it's in your face really shows your age But that don't worry me none in my eyes you're everything I laughed at all of your jokes my love you didn't need to coax Oh, Maggie I couldn't have tried any more You lured me away from home, just to save you from being alone You stole my soul and that's a pain I can do without All I needed was a friend to lend a guiding hand But you turned into a lover and mother what a lover, you wore me out All you did was wreck my bed and in the morning kick me in the head Oh Maggie I couldn't have tried anymore You lured me away from home 'cause you didn't want to be alone You stole my heart I couldn't leave you if I tried I suppose I could collect my books and get on back to school Or steal my daddy's cue and make a living out of playing pool Or find myself a rock and roll band that needs a helpin' handOh Maggie I wish I'd never seen your face You made a first-class fool out of me But I'm as blind as a fool can be You stole my heart but I love you anyway Maggie I wish I'd never seen your faceI'll get on back home one of these days

So, this looks likes Rod Stewart's tune, or version of it anyway. What's the point you're trying to make?
The BEATLES version of Maggie Mae was a take on an old Liverpool sea shanty about a thieving prostitute...

Some of the references in the song seem to point to PID. However, I don't get the total picture.

So, did Rod Stewwart and faux PAUL have a relationship? Could Stewart have been another of his ghostwriters?

I have to confess I can't divine the story behind that picture. The other story is pretty straightforward, though. I'll give props to anyone calling out the knights of the Crown.

I'll give props to anyone calling out the knights of the Crown. Rod also made this comment about the knighthood:

Can't say I blame for Rod Stewart being upset. He is criticized over his young honey and Bill/SirFaul has nothing said about his young wife....younger even than his stepdaughter. And then he knocks her up to show everyone he still " has it". Shouldn't he be doing Viagra commercial or about penile dysfunction ones ;D ;D .....like the commercial could go, "I took RhinoHorny for my penile dysfunction and look what I did!" ;D Seriously, Rod should get some award for his many songs, but the way he acts is sort of like a spoiled brat. And he is right, Elton John needs to lose about 100 lbs!!!

So, did Rod Stewwart and faux PAUL have a relationship? Could Stewart have been another of his ghostwriters? In fact..."Paul McCartney" gave a song to Rod! In a couple of hours I'll be drivin' home to the one I love So save your breath sweet painted lady it won't be me Over the mountain and under the sea They'll never be another one like mine for me
It was only an hour or so ago that I sang my song Persuaded painted ladies that I could say I'd been free Over the mountain and under the sea They'll never be another one like mine for me
Mine is always, mine is grand Don't you know that the woman that love me she understands And can't you see that it's mine for me And in a couple of hours I'll be driving home to the one I love So save your breath sweet painted lady it won't be me Over the mountain and under the sea They'll never be another one like mine for me You're for me
Mine is always, mine is grand Don't you know that the woman that love me she understands And can't you see that it's mine for me They'll never be another one like mine for me They'll never be another one like mine for me
They'll never be another one like you for meGeorge also shared a song with Rod called "Far East Man" (co-written by Ronnie Wood)

Another PID song from Rod Stewart:
In the morning Don't say you love me Cause I'll only kick you out of the door
I know your name is Rita Cause your perfum smelling sweeter Since when I saw you down on the floor guitar
Won't need to much pursuading I don't mean to sound degrading But with a face like that You got nothing to laugh about
Red lips hair and fingernails I hear your a mean old jezabel Lets go up stairs and read my tarot cards
Stay with me Stay with me For tonight you better stay with me
Stay with me Stay with me For tonight you better stay with me
So in the morning Please don't say you love me Cause you know I'll only kick you out the door
Yea I'll pay your cab fare home You can even use my best colonge Just don't be here in the morning when I wake up
Stay with me Stay with me Cause tonight you better stay with me Sit down, get up, get down
Stay with me Stay with me Cause tonight your going stay with me Hey, whats your name again oh no, get down, wooo

I really have to suspect that this article is an April Fool's joke. I can't imagine it being authentic. if it is, then Rod's senile.
