This is an edited (for clarity and correctness) re-post(s) from the other forum.
According to 60IF ( Which has changed over the years ) Paul's corpse was found and viewed by the remaining Beatles on September 28 ,1966.
The details regarding the location of the body have changed in 60IF. At first , he was found at the foot of a hill somewhere in England. The location of the body was then revised to a beach ( as the document states as of the date of this posting ) .
The precise location of this beach is not disclosed in 60IF presumeably because it was a detail not known for certain ( or at all ) .
I offer my speculation on the location of this shadowy spot of history.
First off , I am basing this speculation on the lyrics of a David Bowie song, whom I believe was a 'secret' protege of John Lennon and an "insider" and chronicler through song of The Incident and The Aftermath.

Check it out before you blow the rest of this off....and read 60IF/TKIN again. You may be surprised ( or not )
I hope I am being clear here. I'm definitely not criticizing the changes TKIN has undergone or the document in any way, shape or form.
Quite the contrary. I am merely pointing out this particular change to illustrate my own evolving personal point of view .
to quote :
" On Thursday of the same week a negro friend of Ringo called to say that people he knew had seen Paul in France.
We flew to Paris but Paul was no longer in the place where he was seen before.
As more days passed, our apprehension grew.
A call was received from a girl that had found Paul near her house, wandering along a hill in a confused state.
Brian went to retrieve Paul and Sunday they started their trip to return home.
But from that day we heard no more news about them for days."
It was very early in the Wednesday morning of the week after we received the call, but not the one we had been waiting for.
We were called out to identify Paul's body. "
Note that it does not state specifically that Paul returned from France. I have assumed that could mean Brian went to France to get him and did not return.
Also Sylvie Vartan was known to reside in France and as well , one section of MMT was filmed in France The Fool on The Hill.
Here goes...
David Bowie - Life On Mars - Hunky Dory 1971
=============
It's a god-awful small affair
To the girl with the mousy hair
But her mummy is yelling "No"
And her daddy has told her to go
But her friend is nowhere to be seen
Now she walks through her sunken dream
To the seat with the clearest view
And she's hooked to the silver screen
But the film is a saddening bore
For she's lived it ten times or more
She could spit in the eyes of fools
As they ask her to focus on
Sailors fighting in the dance hall
Oh man! Look at those cavemen go
It's the freakiest show
Take a look at the Lawman
Beating up the wrong guy
Oh man! Wonder if he'll ever know
He's in the best selling show
Is there life on Mars?
It's on Amerikas tortured brow
That Mickey Mouse has grown up a cow
Now the workers have struck for fame
'Cause Lennon's on sale again
See the mice in their million hordes
From Ibeza to the Norfolk Broads
Rule Britannia is out of bounds
To my mother, my dog, and clowns
But the film is a saddening bore
'Cause I wrote it ten times or more
It's about to be writ again
As I ask you to focus on
Sailors fighting in the dance hall
Oh man! Look at those cavemen go
It's the freakiest show
Take a look at the Lawman
Beating up the wrong guy
Oh man! Wonder if he'll ever know

Although there are other interesting bits there, the part of the song I'm thinking of is...
From Ibeza to the Norfolk Broads
Rule Britannia is out of bounds
I decided to bring up Encarta to see where these things are, taking the couplet above as a guide.
Norfolk Broads is a triangle shaped patch of England's east side running from Norwich to the coast (about 20 Miles). 1 degree 17 minutes East to 1 degree 44 minutes East at approx 52 degrees 40 minutes North
Ibeza or Ibiza is an island in the Medditerranean Sea, a part of Spain. 1 degree 12 minutes East to 1 degree 37 minutes East at Approx 39 degrees North
Both of these places lie on the same meridian... they imply a band from 1 deg 17 min to 1 deg 37 min going due north from Ibiza to Norfolk Broads.
I 'm assuming that neither end of this band is the target and that in addition Britain is out of bounds. so that means Kent is out of the picture.
This leaves a strip that goes through France.
The end points are coastal areas leading me to believe that the spot I'm looking for is coastal France.
The south coast of this strip in question is uninspiring , but the North coast of France within this strip is different.
One place caught my eye : Boulogne-sur-Mer or Boulogne.
this is what encarta had to say about Boulogne:
Boulogne-sur-Mer is an important fishing port and a terminus of cross-channel ferry service. Processed fish, ships, and building materials are manufactured. The city is divided into an older district, atop a hill, and a newer commercial and industrial quarter, at the foot of the hill. Notable structures include a 13th century-castle and the Cathedral of Notre Dame. A Roman port was situated here, from which Roman troops sailed in AD 43 to conquer Britain.
Paul McCartney's body was found on a beach at the bottom of the hill of Boulogne on the Sea on the 28th of September 1966.
Cast Iron Shore = the Ferry Terminals at Folkestone and Boulogne
Where Everything Flows = The Ocean ( The Dove(r) Strait )
